Customer service was very responsive and helpful. The packaging design and the intention and experience when unboxing is so amazingly detailed! The bracelet looks just like the picture with the more vibrant red. Tho the braids feel a bit rougher and rigid than I expected, it's still comfortable to wear. The measurement was quite on point so a petite size would have been better tho sadly it was out of stock. Really worth buying it as a gift!

Great overall but I picked the wrong length; it’s too long for my small wrist. I can’t exchange it because it’s already personalised with an engraving. I’ll just live with it I guess.
