Engraving FAQS

 Do I have to pay for my item to be engraved?  

One item is allotted one inscription upon purchase. Additional engravings of up to three inscriptions are possible on the Reminder Braids only. Additional inscriptions are chargeable at $10 each. 

Can I return or replace an engraved item? 

Please note that engraved and customised items are done on demand, and cannot be returned in exchange for store credits. If the engraved item has been received damaged or not made according to your order, we will offer you a replacement for our mistake. 

Can I engrave an image or a symbol?

If you're looking to engrave one of our eleven available symbols, please input your symbol request into Order Notes at checkout.

What languages can I engrave in?

Complimentary engravings cover the following languages: Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Roman (English).

The limit of characters remains as stated on each product's description.

Can I have multiple engravings?

Yes. There will be an additional cost of 10SGD per inscription. Please note that each inscription containing unique requests will be 20SGD. 

Can I engrave on the front of the Reminder Braid's bar plate?

No. Our Reminder Braids come in fixed designs and colours. Personalisation of the Reminder Braids is only available on the slider clasp.

Where is my engraving?

The location of your inscription will vary according to their design. You can locate an ‘engraving example’ on the product page of your item. 

 How can I personalise my item? 

Simply input your preferred phrase, word, symbol, or numbers in the ‘Input Personalisation’ box during your purchase. Our team will be able to process your order accordingly. 

 I can't input my personalisation!  

As each jewellery design has its limitations, kindly please note on its personalisation limit written below our ‘Input Personalisation’ box.

Why is the engraving on the Reminder Gemstones different from the ones on the Reminder Braids?

Inscriptions on the front plate of our Reminder Braids are fixed and are not created in-house. However, inscriptions on our Reminder Gemstones are curated in-house by our engraving team. As different machinery is used on these bracelets, the engraving on both bracelets varies.
