Should you refuse your shipment to avoid duties and taxes, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel your order, issue a refund in cash or store credits, or pay for the tax in order for you to receive your package. You will also be responsible for all re-delivery of your orders due to this refusal.
All deliveries require a signature in order to be received. Thus, it is not possible to be delivered to a PO box.

During this COVID-19 Pandemic, many commercial flights operations are cancelled. There are also lesser flights going out to certain countries, thus causing shipping delays.
(1) Item(s) in new and original condition can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
(2) Item(s) must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, damage, or scratches.
(3) Item(s) that are engraved or personalised cannot be returned.
(4) Item(s) must be returned with its original packaging. If you would like to keep or are unable to provide them, S$1 will be deducted from the supposed amount of store credits returned to you.
(5) Final sale item(s) cannot be returned.
(6) Gift wrap, shipping fees, and incurred taxes cannot be returned or refunded.
(7) Item(s) that meet the respective criteria for a return but have a date of purchase past the 30-day window may be eligible for only a partial refund in store credits.

(8) Gift With Purchases (GWPs) must be returned if you choose to return your order.
(8a) If a criteria was required for the GWP to be received, and by returning an item disqualifies said criterion, the GWP must be returned as well.
The criteria set to receive a GWP is to spend S$80. By returning an item, your order then falls below the minimum requirement of S$80, which involves the return of the GWP in its original condition.
(9) Item(s) that do not adhere to the above policies will be denied its return request. We reserve the right to deny a return request and have the item(s) sent back to the customers. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
As with dainty and hand-crafted jewellery, we understand that from time to time, accidents do happen and you may need repair for your pieces.
We currently offer free lifetime repairs for all disconnected jump rings or clasps.
Do note that charges may apply for replacement of chains or gemstones. Replacement is subject to availability of materials.

Our pieces are 18 karat plated on stainless steel and with an additional protective coating on top for a more durable finish. Although it will last longer than your mass market standard (0.03-0.05 micron flash plating), we recommend applying these easy tips to ensure its longevity:
(a) If it is a hot sweaty day, remove your gold or rose gold jewellery and wipe it down with a clean tissue.
(b) If you have access to mild (preferably non-perfumed) soap, wash it with water to get rid of the grime on the top layer of your jewellery.
(c) Store it in a cool dry place or in the pouch it came with.
(d) Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools or the sea as the chemicals in the water may erode the plating. Sea water is highly corrosive.
We have 2 types of silver jewellery at this moment – 925 sterling silver, and rhodium-plated eco-brass.

925 Silver When it tarnishes, an oxide layer forms on top of the plating causing it to look 'blur' or a semi-opaque white residue to accumulate. To remove this oxide layer, simply use a silver polishing cloth. 925 sterling silver is the opposite of plated jewellery. The more you wear it, the less it 'tarnishes' as the oxide layer does not have a chance to accumulate.
Rhodium-plated on brass If it is a hot sweaty day, remove your jewellery and wipe it down with a clean tissue. The rigidness of the braids is to ensure the longevity of our Reminder Braids. To loosen it, you may wear-out the braids by pulling it in and out.
