Overall it's a good purchase and my GF loved it as an anniversary gift. But when I first got it, I was quite unimpressed with the engraving as it's actually very faint. Perhaps that's the trade-off when the delivery time is 2-4 days (similar stores had delivery times of 2-3 weeks, which is why I choose to buy from here actually). The adjusting portion of the toggle is also not exactly very smooth to adjust so do take note of that before buying! Pros: 1. Overall its a decent product 2. Quick delivery time Cons: 1. Engraving is very faint. 2. hard to adjust

Beautiful product, the gold plating from this company is of excellent quality. It doesn’t chip nor peel off eventho I use these bracelets on the daily (this is my 2nd purchase). I get many enquiries & compliments when using them :)
